At Kids Kadai, we take utmost care in ensuring that all our shipments go through a rigorous quality check before leaving our warehouse. However, in the rare event that your product is damaged during shipping or is found defective upon delivery, you may request a refund by returning the product.
We process refunds if the product is missing, defective, or damaged during delivery.
🔹 Note: Minor outer packaging damages, such as dents on tins or courier covers, will not be considered as damage for refund claims.
If your order has been shipped but not yet delivered, you may request a cancellation by contacting our support team at [your email] or via WhatsApp. If the cancellation is approved, and the product has already been handed over to the courier, please do not accept the delivery. A refund will be processed once we receive the returned product and verify its condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
✅ Before Shipment: If the cancellation request is approved before shipping, we will process the refund within 1-3 working days.
✅ After Shipment/Returns: If the order is already packed, dispatched, or returned, we will process the refund only after receiving and verifying the product. The final decision will be taken by Kids Kadai.
✅ Payment Mode & Refund Time:
• For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account within 24-48 business hours after processing.
• It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
